We have assisted our clients with learning job skills and maintaining employment since 1988.
People with developmental disabilities can be employed in the community alongside people without disabilities. Our employment program provides the support individuals with disabilities need to find a job that is compatible with their skills, abilities and interests. We ensure our clients’ success in the workplace by providing training and support every step of the way.
To ensure reliable and timely attendance, we provide transportation for our clients to get to and from work.
Job Placement
We provide a smooth transition for our clients by taking a comprehensive approach to job placement.
We evaluate our clients as well as the prospective job to ensure that each person’s abilities and skills correspond with the employer’s needs.
We customize our training strategies based on the job and the client’s abilities and needs.
Then, we provide employment training and a job coach to supervise and assist with the on-the-job work.
When our clients are employed, the job coach is a key player in the success of our program. Each job coach ensures tasks will be completed by the client to the employer’s satisfaction.
