SOAR specializes in providing support services for adults with the most difficult behaviors. This small group program assists adults with developmental disabilities who would benefit from intensive staffing.

Our goal is to enable individuals with developmental disabilities to become active, accepted and welcomed participants in their communities.

SOAR is committed to empowering individuals to make choices and experience life’s diverse possibilities.

The program’s goals are to help these individuals become successful socially, gain living skills and develop vocational skills.

While primarily a site-based program, SOAR offers a variety of community outings, including exercise at a local gym and exploring nearby public sites.
